RealQube (“RealQube,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-powered marketing platform for real estate professionals, including website hosting, content generation, Google Business posting, and keyword rank tracking (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), brokerage, and the market and specialties you provide during onboarding.
• Billing information. When you subscribe, payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Content you provide. Text, images, listings, testimonials, and other materials you upload or generate through the Service.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, links clicked, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser type, device information, and log data. We collect this to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver, maintain, and operate the Service, including building and hosting your website and generating content;
• Process subscriptions, payments, and renewals;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Analyze usage to monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve features;
• Send you transactional messages and, where permitted, product updates and marketing (which you can opt out of at any time);
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver the Service. Each processes data only as needed to perform its function:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage that hold your account and content data.
• Google APIs — to connect and publish to your Google Business Profile and to support analytics and search features.

These providers maintain their own privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you cancel, we may retain certain data as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashed credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
