Refund Policy and 90 Day Money Back Guarantee

1. The 90 day money back guarantee

Use RealQube for up to 90 days after your first subscription payment. If it is not worth it to you, for any reason, email realqubeseo@gmail.com from the address on your account and say you would like a refund. We refund every payment you made in those first 90 days, in full. You do not need to give a reason, fill out a form, or get on a call.

• The 90 days run from the date of your first subscription charge.
• The refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of your request.
• The guarantee applies once per customer, on your first subscription.
• There are no exclusions based on how much you used the product or whether you published your site.

We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, or sales results, because no one can control what Google does. The guarantee is about whether you are happy with RealQube, which is something you decide.

2. Refunds after 90 days

After the guarantee window, subscription payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. If you believe you were billed in error, for example a charge after you cancelled, email us and we will investigate and refund any mistaken charge in full.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel online at any time from the account section of your dashboard, or by emailing realqubeseo@gmail.com. No phone call is required. The cancel page offers a one month pause as an alternative; you can skip it and go straight to cancelling, which is completed in the secure Stripe billing portal.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You keep full access until then.
• Your dashboard shows the cancellation and the date your access ends as soon as it is recorded.
• You can resubscribe at any time and your data will still be there for the retention period below.

4. Billing terms

RealQube is one plan at $97 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe to the card on file. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Free accounts do not need a card and never convert to paid on their own; you are only charged when you choose to upgrade. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to the price, with instructions for cancelling if you do not want to continue.

5. What happens to your website when you leave

RealQube does not host your website; it publishes articles to your own WordPress site through an application password you can revoke at any time. When your subscription ends, we stop publishing to your site after your final billing period, and articles already published there stay on your site. Any legacy RealQube hosted pages at realqube.com/sites stop being served after your final billing period. Before that happens, and for 60 days after, you can take your content and leads with you.

• Your domain. If you own a domain, it stays yours. RealQube never registers or takes ownership of a domain on your behalf, and you can point it wherever you like after you leave.
• Your content. Every page, article, and post you approved is yours. You can copy it from the dashboard at any time, and if you would like a full export of your site and blog, email us and we will send it.
• Your leads. Export your leads as a CSV from the leads page at any time, including after cancellation during the retention period.
• Google connection. We delete our connection to your Google Business Profile when your account closes. Your profile, its posts, and its reviews remain yours in Google.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for 60 days after cancellation so you can export it or come back. After that we delete or anonymize it, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or security reasons. You can request earlier deletion at any time by email. Our Privacy Policy covers the details.

7. Ownership, in one sentence

Your domain, your content, your leads. You can take them with you at any time, and you can leave at any time.
