Refund Policy and 60 Day Money Back Guarantee

1. The 60 day money back guarantee

Use RealQube for up to 60 days after your first payment. If you are not happy for any reason, email realqubeseo@gmail.com from the address on your account and say you would like a refund. We refund every dollar you have paid for your subscription. You do not need to give a reason, fill out a form, or get on a call.

• The 60 days run from the date of your first subscription charge.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of your request.
• The guarantee applies once per customer, on your first subscription.
• There are no exclusions based on how much you used the product or whether you published your site.

We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, or sales results, because no one can control what Google does. The guarantee is about whether you are happy with RealQube, which is something you decide.

2. Refunds after 60 days

After the guarantee window, subscription payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. If you believe you were billed in error, for example a charge after you cancelled, email us and we will investigate and refund any mistaken charge in full.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel online at any time from your account settings in the dashboard with a single button, or by emailing realqubeseo@gmail.com. No phone call is required and we will not put steps between you and the cancel button.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You keep full access until then.
• We send a confirmation email when the cancellation is recorded.
• You can resubscribe at any time and your data will still be there for the retention period below.

4. Billing terms

RealQube is one plan at $97 per month, billed monthly in advance to the card on file. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. The free tier does not convert to paid automatically; you are only charged when you choose to upgrade. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to the price, with instructions for cancelling if you do not want to continue.

5. What happens to your website when you leave

When your subscription ends, your RealQube hosted website stops being served after your final billing period. Before that happens, and for 60 days after, you can export everything from the dashboard or by request.

• Your domain. It is registered in your name or connected from your registrar. We never take ownership of it. Point it wherever you like after you leave.
• Your content. Every page, article and post you approved is yours. Export it as HTML and plain text.
• Your leads. Export your leads dashboard as CSV at any time, including after cancellation during the retention period.
• Google connections. We disconnect from your Google Business Profile and Google Analytics when your account closes. Your profile and its posts remain yours in Google.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for 60 days after cancellation so you can export it or come back. After that we delete or anonymize it, except where we must keep records for legal, tax or security reasons. You can request earlier deletion at any time by email. Our Privacy Policy covers the details.

7. Ownership, in one sentence

Your domain, your content, your leads. You can export them at any time, and you can leave at any time.
