Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RealQube platform and related services (the “Service”) provided by RealQube (“RealQube,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To use most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We may change our prices on prospective notice; changes will not affect the period you have already paid for.

We offer a refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase of a paid plan if you are not satisfied. After this 7-day window, all fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and for renewals. Any promotional guarantee we offer (such as a ranking guarantee) is governed by its own separately stated terms. To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us at the address below.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including real estate advertising and fair housing laws;
• Publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or misleading;
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure;
• Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service or generated content in a deceptive manner.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of third-party platforms.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by RealQube and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of the content you provide, and you grant us a license to host, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular marketing result, search ranking, or lead volume will be achieved. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealQube and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
