Your weekly SEO blog posts

How topics are chosen, what a weekly article contains, and how to steer what gets written.

Updated September 13, 2026

Every week RealQube drafts one local article for your site. It appears under SEO Blog as a draft. You approve it, edit it, or skip it. This article explains how the topic is chosen and how to influence it.

How topics are chosen

Topics come from your service areas, your specialties, and your rank tracking. Neighborhood phrases sitting just outside page one get a supporting article. Areas with a thin page get a stronger one. Homeowner questions tied to your specialties fill the gaps. You can also suggest a topic directly from the SEO Blog page.

What each article contains

  • 800 to 1,200 words about one neighborhood or one homeowner question.
  • The neighborhood or city name in the title, URL, and opening paragraph.
  • A link to the matching neighborhood page on your site.
  • A unique title tag and meta description.
  • No invented statistics. If you want market figures, add them from your MLS during review with a citation.

Making it sound like you

Spend two minutes on each draft. Add the detail only a local would know: the cafe that opened, the street that was repaved, the reason homes on one block sell differently. That is what turns a competent draft into a page a resident trusts, and it is what generic AI content is missing.

Reusing the article

When you approve an article, a Google Business Profile post is drafted from its opening. Approve that too and the content does double duty. You can also copy the article into your newsletter or social accounts; it is yours.
