Why RealQube
Built by an agent who was tired of paying for a site nobody found.
RealQube is a $97 a month marketing department for solo agents. It exists because its founder needed it and could not find it.

The founder
Dominic Jabro is a licensed California real estate agent (DRE #02135294) working in San Diego. He got his license in 2019, and last year he sold more than one hundred homes. He is twenty three.
Those numbers describe his real estate business, not what RealQube will do for yours. They matter here for one reason: the person who built this product spends his days doing the job it is built for, and he built it to solve his own problem first.
The problem
Like most agents, Dominic had a website. Like most agent websites, it was a brochure. It looked fine, it cost real money every month, and it produced nothing, because it never changed and nobody in San Diego found it when they searched for an agent in their neighborhood.
The tools that promised to fix that were built for brokerages and teams. Hidden pricing, sales calls, setup fees, twelve month contracts, and weeks of onboarding for a platform that still expected the agent to write the content. The tools that were affordable were templates with an upsell for everything that mattered. Nothing did the actual weekly work: write something local, post it to Google, reply to the review, check the rankings.
What he built instead
RealQube is the tool he wished existed. One plan, one published price, no setup fee, no contract. A website built in about ten minutes with a page for every neighborhood you work. A local SEO article drafted every week. Google Business Profile posts drafted from it. A reply drafted for every review. Rank tracking for the neighborhood phrases you choose. A leads dashboard so nothing from the site gets lost in email. Every draft waits for your approval, and every draft is screened for fair housing language before you see it.
It does not include IDX home search, a CRM, texting, or managed advertising, and we say so on every page. Most solo agents get more from a site that ranks for their neighborhoods than from a search portal that competes with Zillow.
The principles
- Publish the price. Agents should not need a sales call to learn what a website costs. Ours is $97 a month, on the homepage.
- AI drafts, you approve. Nothing publishes without a human who knows the neighborhood reading it first.
- Describe places, not people. Fair housing applies to marketing copy. Every draft is screened for steering language.
- No promises we do not control. We do not guarantee rankings, because no one can. We guarantee the work, and we offer a 60 day money back guarantee if you are not happy for any reason.
- You own it. Your domain, your content, your leads. Export any time. Leave any time.
- Say what it is not. Every feature page lists what is not included, in plain words.
"I built RealQube for the agent I was in my first year: no budget for a $400 a month contract, no time to write a blog, and a website nobody could find. Start free, see the audit, and pay when it is working."
